Input Files

For volcano plot, Curtain requires a differential analysis file with at least a log2 fold change column and a -log10 significance value column. In order for the original data to be visualize in profile plot, bar charts, violin plots and correlation matrix, a file with individual column for each sample needs to be supplied. Both of the differential analysis and original data files also needed to have a unique primary id column in order to link the volcano plot data points and its associated data across all selected samples.
