Correlation Matrix (Total Proteomics)

Currently, we only support correlation matrix for total proteomics data. You can access the plot using Plot-> Correlation Matrix

Here, in the example above, we displayed the correlation data for the 4 conditions (AGB1 and Cis at 4Hr and 24Hr) using the Pearson correlation method with no clustering.
